Built on two floors, it boasts 800 m2 of living space that include 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom,  closet and air-conditioning. Interiors are intended to provide guests with a sense of spaciousness, comfort and style. The kitchen and living area feature the latest appliances. In the living room, you'll find several different lounging areas, a cozy fireplace and a large dining table.

The outdoor dining area includes a professional Uruguayan barbecue, a traditional stone oven for authentic Italian pizzas, and several chill-out areas and a bar.

In the large garden you will find a tennis court, a vegetable garden, fish ponds, an infinity pool with an outside bar, shower and bathroom, a fully equipped private gym, a magical Indian playground for children, a spacious treehouse built by the famous Pete Nelson, and Asian gazebos placed in quiet nooks of the garden for meditation, yoga or massages.

Most of the outdoor facilities are equipped with a Sonos sound system to play ambient music until midnight. An electronic control center with touch screens is located around the villa for remote control. Color led landscape lighting creates an amazing atmosphere at night.
